In Fall 2021, I worked with a team of four other students to design a kinetic sculpture made nearly entirely of recycled materials. Our goal was to create a large-scale, responsive art piece based around the theme of interaction while keeping sustainability as one of our highest priorities.

For this project, I iterated upon the design of and fabricated a pulley and shaft system through laser cutting and milling that consisted of 8 shafts and a total of 72 pulleys. I also designed 3D-printed motor-shaft interfaces.
